Dr Tan Kok Kuan is a General Practitioner at Dr. Tan Medical Center. He has a special focus on advanced techniques for Circumcision and novel treatments for Erectile Dysfunction, and is very active in the fields of STD and HIV. He was one of the authors for Singapore’s National HIV PrEP Guidelines and Singapore’s Blueprint to end AIDS and HIV Transmission by 2030.
