For Women 50 Years Old And Above
The HealthierSG Screening programme by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board (HPB) grants eligible women ages 50 years old and above subsidised mammogram screenings at selected government polyclinics. It is important to note that if you are not a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident, you will not be eligible for the subsidised pricing for mammograms available to individuals aged 50 and above.
Mammogram Subsidies In Singapore
As of August, 2025, the subsidised mammogram screening cost in Singapore (polyclinics) are as follows:
- $0 for eligible Healthier SG-enrolled Singapore Citizens,
- $25 for Pioneer Generation card holders,
- $37.50 for Merdeka Generation card holders,
- $50 for Singapore Citizens and
- $75 for Permanent Residents.
For those aged 50 years old or above, you can use up to $700 (for patients with complex chronic conditions) or $500 (for patients with non-complex chronic conditions) yearly from your MediSave or your immediate family members’ MediSave for your mammogram screening.
