Urologists in Singapore

Urology is the surgical specialty in medicine that focuses on diseases of the male and female urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra) and the male reproductive organs. While urology is classified as a surgical specialty, a knowledge of internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics and other specialties is required by the urologist because of the extensive variety of clinical problems encountered. If you have a problem with urologic health you should visit a urologist.

What is a Urologist?

Urologists are physicians who specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases of the urinary tract in both men and women. They deal with conditions involving the reproductive tract in men. In some cases, they may perform surgery. For instance, they may remove cancer or open up a blockage in the urinary tract.
